Sticky Red Cabbage with Apple and Cranberry

1 sliced red cabbage

1 sliced red onion

200g sultanas

Zest and juice from 4 oranges

400g sugar

100mls balsamic vinegar

100mls Cranberry Juice

100mls apple juice

2 sliced red apples

Cook everything together in a large pot for 45 minutes until cooked out well and the cabbage is slightly sticky and soft.

Serve with grilled meat and spicy cajun potatoes.

Serve cold with cheese and biscuits.
